Insufficient — no housing desk yet

There is no housing topic desk. The homepage tile is therefore Insufficient — never the experimental Index domain score. Median rent-to-income and consents per 1,000 people are listed in the methods table as Excluded.

Homepage Housing tile: Insufficient, not 38.6.
Official MSD snapshots still sit on the experimental Index: 441 emergency-housing households and 23,997 public-housing-register applications at 31 August 2026.
Rent-to-income and consents per 1,000 are missing, not scored.
