Account Termination

Voluntary Support

CivicNZ is entirely free to use. We accept voluntary donations to help cover our operating costs and continue developing new features. Donations are:

• Completely voluntary and not required to access any features
• One-time payments (not recurring subscriptions)
• Processed securely via Stripe
• Non-refundable once processed

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
